- Continuously monitors the security alerts
- Triages security alerts
- Monitors the health of security sensors and SIEM solution
- Collects data and context necessary to initiate Level 2 escalation
- Delivers scheduled and ad-hoc reports
- Review logs and share report with stakeholders on daily basis
- Works closely with Level 2 & Level 3 team towards the continuous improvement of the service
Required skills and qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Minimum 3+ years of process documentation experience
- CISA, CISM, or CISSP certified
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
