Requirements are following but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking meetings
- Arranging couriers
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls / Handling and responding if required
- Screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post / Responding as per duty
- Email sorting and response
- Supervising General Interns but not technical interns
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
NOTE: Public Transport access to the office is not very practical so it is suggested that applicants from the nearby areas apply but it is not a preference or a discrimination.
