Nettech (Pvt) Ltd, a UK based IT company established since 20years requires experienced cab controller for our UK based client. Handsome salary package would be offered. Candidate must have to do the followings:
- Receiving inbound calls and book cabs for customers based in UK.
- Speak and understand British accent.
- Coordinate and report to UK staff and managers.
- Able to work in Morning, Evening & Night shifts (Rotating shifts)
- Candidate must have relevant experience as UK Cab Controller.
- Experience of Cab Controller Software.
Skills:-
- Excellent communication skills (British Accent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Friendly, courteous and soft spoken
- Telephone etiquette's
- Able to take work pressure.
