Responsibilities
- Design, build & implement java based applications
- Defining application objectives and functionality
- Developing and testing software, debugging and resolving technical problems
- Produce detailed design documentation and developing documentation to assist users
- Aligning application designs with business goals
- Recommending changes in existing java infrastructure
- Ensuring continuous professional self-development
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
Skills Required
- Experience developing Object Oriented solutions using Java 8
- Applied experience with the Spring Framework/Spring Boot, Kafka and Node JS
- Experience with relational as well as distributed data stores (eg Oracle 12c, Cassandra, etc.)
- Applied experience with modern full software development life cycle practices
- Must be devoted to delivering high quality and well-tested software
