Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers through phone calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market's potential, and track sales and status reports.
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to optimize marketing strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Sales Representatives or similar sales/customer service roles are preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics & Nutrition, Marketing, MBBS, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the skincare or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
