We are looking for a reliable Assistant Accounts Manager who will analyze every day financial activities and ensure team records all financial transaction accurately and on time. Subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for:
- Monitors general invoicing and credit notes of the customers, and ensure their accurate and their timely posting.
- Track and monitor accounts receivable & payable and their reconcliations.
- Maintaining accounts system;
- Liaising with other financial institutions, departments, and business units.
- Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole;
- Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff;
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting records and reports in internal system
- Highlighting gaps in operational pricing and incentive/commission structure and to make appropriate recommendations
- Monitor airline and suppliers incentive, fixed assets, prepayments
- Responsible for BSP reconciliation and timely process
- Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed;
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in a reputable firm/organization.
- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with standard accounting software packages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
