Job Description

Company: Group of CompaniesPost: Assistant HR & Admin Manager

Location: SITE & Port Qasim, Karachi

Salary: Rs.40,000 to Rs.60,000

Experience: Must have experience in HR & Admin of factoriesCore Responsibility: Manage people and admin/security of the company to achieve optimum performance in order to achieve company goals


HR Job Description

  1. Develop organizational chart and structure

  2. Designing and execution of Administration Manuals and SOPs.

  3. Recruit employees

  4. Maintaining all records related to the law, particularly labor and establishment, agreements and contracts.

  5. Maintain HR Software to execute HR functions smoothly

  6. Payroll Management and disbursement.

  7. Performance Management. Preparation of evaluation statements, reports, & comparative statements.

  8. Liaise with EOBI, SESSI, Labour Department, Legal advisors, outsourcing companies

  9. Other necessary tasks as required by the Company

Admin Job Description

  1. General Administration, Housekeeping, Facility Management, Security Administration.

  2. Designing and execution of Administration Manuals and SOPs.

  3. Development of Safety and environment Infrastructure. Identification of unsafe acts, conditions & hazards. Compliance of Health Safety & Environmental ISO Standards.

  4. Event Planning & Management. Cafeteria services and entertainment facilities for staff.

  5. Fleet Management, Vehicle purchasing, repairing & Maintenance. Travel Log

  6. Management, Tracking Systems, Insurance, Registration, Taxes, etc.

  7. Deal with local Government and Associations

  8. Construction, Maintenance, renovation of the premises

  9. Purchasing and maintenance office equipment, general maintenance of office accessories i.e. Generator, UPS, Photocopier, Air conditioner, Printers, Fax machine & telephone lines etc.

  10. Other necessary tasks as required by the Company

Other tasks related to Talent Management, Learning & Development & Employee & Industrial Relations as required by the Company
