Should have experience of maintenance of Extrusion, Mixing and Pulverize machines Hydraulic systems, heat exchangers, compressors, Overhead cranes, gear boxes, pumps, cooling water systems and other relevant equipment’s and machine.
Responsible for the development & implementation of Preventive & Predictive maintenance procedures.
Lead plant maintenance activities. Oversees all modification, up gradation projects, shut downs.
Responsible to prepare & update maintenance logs, History cards, Down time analysis, performance analysis, FMEA, Root cause analysis, SOPs etc.
Responsible to manage maintenance budget, monitor & control maintenance costs.
Monitor spares inventory and should be able to develop spares locally.
Should have Problem solving & decision making skills.
Should be well aware with HSE practices.

Job Specifications:

Education: BE/B-Tech Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience of Maintenance | In Plastic Industry (Preferably uPVC)
