We are looking for “Assistant Manager Production - polymer processing” for our PVC extrusion business located at Port Qasim Industrial Area, Karachi.
An Ideal candidate will have hands on management experience of managing plastic processing.
The incumbent will be responsible to lead the overall shift structure of the production.
He will be responsible to develop and implement the SOP's and works closely with the factory team to ensure that the approved standards at the production floor level are implemented all the time.
He also ensures that the production process is at optimum efficiency and at the defined quality level with all the relevant parameters monitored & recorded.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Production planning and control
Waste control & reduction
Quality Control management
Minimize product defects at customer end
Human resource planning and management
Training of new recruits
Compounding and recipe control
Utilities maintenance
Product Research & Development trials
Top management reporting
Other tasks required by the company
