Job Role:
Formulate Sales Plans aligned with Marketing Plans including route to market, distribution & channel strategy. Responsible for sales objectives, distribution and managing all sales operations. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects Implement organization’s sales plan, monitor Company’s market share and evaluate the performance of products, intervening proactively wherever improvements are required Provide market insight on our progress, market share and its comparison with the competitors. Ensure good working relationships with clients.
