Job Role:
- Formulate Sales Plans aligned with Marketing Plans including route to market, distribution & channel strategy.
- Responsible for sales objectives, distribution and managing all sales operations.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Implement organization’s sales plan, monitor Company’s market share and evaluate the performance of products, intervening proactively wherever improvements are required
- Provide market insight on our progress, market share and its comparison with the competitors.
- Ensure good working relationships with clients.
- Develop channel-wise coverage plan along with the line of actions and time line
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales & Business Development team Skills and Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Openness & receptiveness to idea & opinions
- Strong ownership to drive & deliver Customer focus & understanding Persuasive negotiation and motivation techniques
- Business planning Products
- Building Materials. Doors, Windows, Wall Panels, Pipes
- Overall 4-6 years of experience in management role (Preferably in uPVC Products/Building material)
