Job Purpose:
To achieve annual sales / volume targets product wise as assigned and agreed for specific area/territory.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets on company payment terms
- Handling of dealer network/distributes/retailers on regular basis
- Monitor and guide SPs for complete area coverage and achievement of KPIs
- Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet sales targets
- Solve customer/market issues amicably under the supervision of BDM
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote company products
- Ensure that all statement of accounts of customers / dealers within the area are duly signed every month.
- Ensure strict implementation and compliance of SOP’s and relevant documentation
- Analyze competitors’ products and timely feedback on competitors
- Ensure timely deliveries to customer as per purchase orders.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Other tasks specified by management from time to time
- Willingness to travel even on short.
