Job Description
New Era Technologies is looking for software engineer to be a part of our Product Development team. Candidate should be able to demonstrate the maturity expected from a senior development resource, in terms of best coding practices, requirements analysis and version control. Good problem solving and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
· Must have complete dedication and commitment towards assigned work
· Ensure delivery of Quality Artifacts on time
· Report development status in time. Highlight any foreseeable risks
· Work independently and as part of the team
· Responsible for unit testing of all produced artifacts
· Tender Preparation.
· Responsible for technical queries regarding bidding and running projects.
Required Skills:
· software design and development in Java
· Must be an expert with MySQL databases, SQL and Linux/Unix Shell scripting
· Experience with development and deployment of Enterprise/Web applications in both Windows and Linux environments
· Experience building high-performance Java systems, performance tuning, and stress and load testing
· Experience with IVR and Interactive Text Response Applications will be a plus
· Must have strong object-oriented analysis & design skills
· Experience with code versioning tools
· Experience with payment PayPal, stripe, Authorize.net, Magento will be a plus
