a) Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders and Quality inspections for tracking damages and discrepancies on orders received.
b) Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to faculty and staff.
c) Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
d) Ships non-conforming and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
e) Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
f) Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
g) Facilitate plants with required materials.
h) Maintain the reel stock register.
i) Maintain the cost sheet reports.
Communication with customers and suppliers for a good relation.
