We are looking for a Sales Automation Executive who will support the sales organization in the implementation of a secondary sales automation system, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating. sales-related data. The sales automation team supports the field sales force by assisting in the development and implementation of distribution strategy, automation, and reporting.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
- Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to senior managers
- Ensure effective training of field sales team, distribution teams and KPOs for effective utilization of Sales Automation System.
- Liaison with Sales team for implementation & proactively resolve issues at distribution
- Ensure Continuous Improvement through new initiatives in Sales Automation activities
- Assist sales management in the collection and reporting of data related to secondary sales, performance metrics and other data driven requirements that enable the team to exceed sales goals.
- Develop reports and dashboards using reporting tools for sales functions and disseminate them to the sales force
Qualifications and experience:
- Graduation (Business / CS)
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support function or technology domain having successfully implemented and supported business systems and solutions.
- Lead data analytics and reporting tools for developing dashboards and reports.
- Understands sales and distribution functions and related KPIs.
Skill and knowledge:
- Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and timely delivery.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve issues.
