This role is responsible for promoting and generating sales of solar products from an inside sales environment. Secondary job function is to efficiently process multiple orders while continuing to provide superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with key solar contractors/solar integrators interested in purchasing solar products from Allied
- Attend inbound/semi inbound calls for lead generation and sales prospective.
- Provide a high level of support through a consultative sales approach to prospective customers
- Proactively communicate (by phone) with potential prospects
- Work closely with General Manager and solar sales team.
- Responsible for adhering to policies of the customer financial services
- Maintain adequate targets as set by the department.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers during and after purchases to facilitate return business
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience
- Experience with sales, call center / solar products/industry a plus
- Experience in a team-based environment
- Experience in a position that deals directly with customers (front-line)
