- Preparation of purchase orders, keeping of purchase records, preparation of import duty requests. Knowledge of contracts.
- Relevant Experience of Procurement in Food & beverages and having work experience in Food industry is preferred.
- MIS preparation such as Monthly Review reports related to Materials dept. excellent negotiation skills for getting competitive pricing & to focus on savings on materials.
- Knowledge of Taxes & duties applicable on indigenous.
- Compile and maintain all data and information regarding procurement. Maintain inventory levels and source new vendors for better quality inventory.
- The job profile will also include co-ordination with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Strong knowledge of excel with basic formulas and the ability to navigate between worksheets will be an added advantage.
