The sales and marketing associate will be responsible for development and execution of marketing strategies for product and services. He/she will implement entire marketing plan, finds innovative ways to engage customers, and tracks marketing and sales data to identify areas of improvements.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant field
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English
- Must be confident in a selling software products & services to the restaurant owners
- Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry techniques and tools
- Should have experience in content management
- Should have experience of social media marketing
- Should have experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Experience with web analytics, and Google AdWords
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Increase satisfied monthly active users and registered restaurants
- Acquire information, ideas, and research to develop marketing strategies
- Understand target customers and markets
- Meet customers, identify pain points and key needs, close sales
- Manage sales and marketing KPI’s
- Execute all marketing activity and ensure it fits with the marketing strategy.
- Develop and execute email and social media marketing strategies
- Provide international customer support through emails and phone
- Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Any other tasks assigned
