- You will be expected to work as self starter working on own initiative as well as in a team environment.
- As a Business Analyst, you will be working with Head of Product to define and document requirements and prepare other anaylsis artifacts.
- You will be using Jira for day to create user stories from the requirements
- Create quality documentation to secure sign off from business on functional requirements
- Liases with Head of Product on daily basis to get prioritised items completed
- Organise backlog and create user stories with clear Acceptance Criteria
- This role involves working towards building teams on salesforce CRM plateform, previous experience of working with CRMs (Microsoft Dynamic and Salesforce) is desirable
- Should be able to work on own initiative
- Great communication and documentation skills are required for this job
- Previous experience of working in a highly regulated environment, specially financial services sectior (Insurance and Banking)
