Next Level Communications (Pvt.) Ltd is one of the leading IT, Telecommunication and Power System Solution Company for Pakistan Market. The company was founded in 2012 and counts over 30 employees, working in our Head Office in Islamabad and regional offices in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar.
Next Level Communication is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual for its newly formed Unified communication system division. He will be responsible for system designing to provide state of the art system solutions to potential clients. He will also perform project based installations and after sales services at client locations including management, administration, integration of products, services, applications and operating level systems code.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CCNP certification is compulsory.
- Experience including but not limited to VoIP, IP, QoS, Network Analyzer, PBX Management, Unified messaging, Voice Conference Bridge, Wireless, Teleworker, related protocols, and standards preferred.
- Knowledge, understanding, and practical application of technologies, protocols, and related standards including TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, and IP routers.
- Proficiency with network packet capturing using standard networking tools.
- Experience with IP Call Servers from companies such as Mitel, CISCO, Avaya and Alcatel Lucent, etc.
- Experience with video telephony standard such as H.264 & H.265.
- Knowledge of wireless technology such as 802.11 a/b/g/n and DECT.
- Integrating and/or consolidating servers and services between different client business units and technologies.
- Understanding and maintaining network services such as DNS, DHCP, electronic mail, LDAP directories VLAN’s and QoS.
- Upgrading systems including PBXs, IP Platforms, Voice Mail Systems and applications to include but not limited to Unified communication, Collaboration tools, etc. with the primary focus on Mitel or similar product.
- Current high level industry recognized certifications including at least 2 of the following: Call Control, Voicemail, Unified Communications or Call Center.
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications and Visio.
