Next Level Communications (Pvt.) Ltd is one of the leading IT, Telecommunication and power system Solution Company for Pakistan Market. The company was founded in 2012 and counts over 30 employees, working in our Head Office in Islamabad and regional offices in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar. 

We are seeking independent, young, positive and energetic result oriented individuals to fill our dynamic positions based in Islamabad. We offer market based salary. Package includes Provident Fund and Medical Insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Deal with customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management

Education and Experience

  • Must be fluent in english.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Customer service / Service Sales experience is a plus
  • Preferably must have own conveyance
