Data Entry Specialist

Next Order is an all-in-one software provider for restaurants. We combine everything restaurants need to succeed with commission-free online ordering, an easy-to-use POS, and free third-party delivery integrations to provide a single view of sales. To bring our software to the best restaurants across Australia, we're looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist / Menu Encoder to manage our daily tasks, help onboard our restaurants and set up our company for success. As an early member of our team, you will directly impact the success of Next Order’s future.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry related tasks such as sorting, proofing, menu updates, 3rd Party Price Configurations (UberEats, Menulog, Doordash) & menu items photo upload.
Upload a restaurant’s menu and creatively interpret data to give customers the best ordering experience possible.
Possess great attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills.
Be able to work on the AEST time-zone (10 am - 6 pm) onsite from our Gulberg greens office in Islamabad
Be collaborative and good at setting priorities, negotiating expectations to deliver critical work of high quality on time and with accuracy.

About you

Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
Ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
Dedication to meeting deadlines and result-oriented work.
Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
Proven ability to plan and execute tasks with accuracy.
Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with members of different teams.
