Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 5 x Call / Monitoring Center Executives


Experience: 1 year +

Education: Bachelors or A-levels


  • Candidate must be good in English.
  • Should be good in communication.
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
  • Should be hardworking and punctual.
  • Should be time flexible.
  • Must be willing to work 6 days a week in the following shift timings:
  1. Shift 1 (9am to 6pm) -    morning
  2. Shift 2 (1am to 10am) -  night

Remuneration Package:

Gross salary as per experience

a) During Probation period:

  • 3 sick/casual leaves 
  • Company subsidized lunch/dinner
  • Night shift allowance
  • Traveling allowance for female staff
  • Day Care facility for female staff's children 

b) After completion of Probation period (Permanent Employee is entitled to the following benefits):

  • Provident Fund
  • Medical Coverage/IPD (Hospitalization coverage for Employee, Spouse and Children)
  • Medical Coverage Outdoor/OPD for (Employee, Parents, Spouse and Children) 
  • Annual Increment 
  • Leave encasement at year end (max 10 leaves can be en-cashed)
  • Company subsidized lunch/dinner
  • 10 sick/casual leaves + 10 annual leaves 
  • Night shift allowance 
  • Traveling allowance for female staff
  • Day Care facility for female staff's children
