Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 2 x Client Support Executive / Account Management in one of its three offices based in Lahore.
Requirements:
A suitable candidate for this role would be:
- Holding atleast a Bachelor's degree.
- Possessing excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Must have gained atleast a 1 to 2 year's experience in rendering live-chat support services to international clients based especially in the US, Europe and Canada.
- Possessing excellent client relationship building and management skills
- Willing to work in the following shift timings:
During training period: 03 PM Afternoon to 12 AM Night
After training period: 06 AM Morning to 03 PM Afternoon Or
60 PM Evening to 03 AM Morning
