  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Working on other tasks assigned by the Project Manager 

Note:

  • This position is based in Johar Town, Lahore.
  • Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM  (Mondays to Saturdays)
