Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Excellent phone manners
- knowledge of how the web works, networking, and software products
- Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our Development teams to resolve more advanced issues when necessary·
- Resolving escalated user complaints without the need for team lead intervention
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps·
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Linux and general desktop support issues
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, Domain Environment, Firewalls and other networking concepts
- knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS
