We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Funding Manager / Lead Generation Specialist to join our Lahore team. This is an exciting opportunity to connect businesses with the right financial solutions and play a pivotal role in growing our customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our range of financial services, and qualifying leads for senior funding consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Cold Calling: Reach out to small and medium-sized businesses in the US and Canada to introduce our funding solutions.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients and qualify leads based on their financial requirements.

  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with prospects, answering any questions and providing information on financial services.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior funding consultants to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups for qualified leads.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and qualification targets in a performance-driven environment.

  • Data Entry & CRM: Document all interactions and lead information in CRM systems for tracking and follow-up.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and business owners.

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or B2B lead generation, ideally in a financial services or similar industry.

  • Persistence & Confidence: Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and pursue leads with determination.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

  • Self-Motivated & Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
