What You’ll Be Doing

- Research, target, and engage decision-makers using tools likeLinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and ZoomInfo.
- Generate qualified leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and custom campaigns.
- Keep your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) neat, updated, and full of potential.
- Team up with marketing and sales to fine-tune lead quality and handoff flow.
- Track performance — conversion rates, cost per lead, and everything in between.
- Stay sharp on industry trends, competitors, and new tech opportunities.
- Work aligned with US business hours for real-time connection and impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B lead generation experience (Tech, SaaS, or IT industry preferred).
- A bachelor’s in Marketing, Business — or just solid proof you know your stuff.
- A proven record of building and maintaining healthy pipelines.
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Professional written & verbal communication — especially with US clients.
- Data-savvy, organized, and performance-obsessed.
- Bonus if you’ve used email automation tools or ABM strategies.
Bonus Points
- You’ve generated MQLs/SQLs before.
- You understand Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and segmentation.
- You stay on top of US market dynamics in tech.
