We are looking for Regional Sales Manager for hematology division
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing a group of Sales Representatives dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Additional key responsibilities include, but are not limited to team leadership; hiring, training and coaching; performance management; and efficient and effective account targeting and coverage.
Strong analytical skills are required to effectively use personal and promotional resources in order to maximize sales and market share.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a regional business plan to address product promotion priorities and valid customer requirements.
The RSM will represent a consistent "CUSTOMER FIRST" approach to business activities & relationships while developing and demonstrating outstanding planning, organizational and leadership skills with an experienced sales force.
The RSM will serve as a peer leader and resource to the "TEAM" at both region and national level.
A willingness to travel over a broad geography is required.
