Conduct employee onboarding and plan employee’s orientation.
Handle talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Prepare and administer payroll related activities.
Assist manager in employer branding.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of the performance management system and process.
Manage various types of training programs and training calendars.
Provide support to employees in various HR related matters such as leaves, compensation, etc.
Resolve employee issues and problems.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient, productive, and conflict-free workplace.
Undertake tasks related to performance management.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper form.

Requirements

01-02 years as an HR Executive.
Understanding of general human resource policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of Technical hiring
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
Must be able to cope up with the short deadline
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Effective negotiation skills and ability to solve problems.
Ability to work well in a team with a result-driven approach.
Minimum Bachelors of Business Administration (HRM) required.
