Job Description

  • Conduct employee onboarding and plan employee’s orientation.
  • Handle talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Prepare and administer payroll related activities.
  • Assist manager in employer branding.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the performance management system and process.
  • Manage various types of training programs and training calendars.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related matters such as leaves, compensation, etc.
  • Resolve employee issues and problems.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient, productive, and conflict-free workplace.
  • Undertake tasks related to performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
  • Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper form.

Requirements

  • 01-02 years as an HR Executive.
  • Understanding of general human resource policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Technical hiring
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Must be able to cope up with the short deadline
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills and ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to work well in a team with a result-driven approach.
  • Minimum Bachelors of Business Administration (HRM) required.
