Take the lead role in the planning, designing, and operation of the Company’s IT infrastructure and system security-related activities.
Build, manage, and troubleshoot multiple networking issues.
Responsible for management, maintenance, and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, servers, network devices, and productivity tools.
Maintain and monitor overall network, security and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements.
Test all changes to networks, hardware, software, and hosted applications. Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports.
Develop and maintain network-related standards, policies, and procedures.
Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all systems and modifications. Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects.
Conduct periodic security reviews of network and portals.
Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively.
Verify daily backups of critical systems and data.
Plan, design, implement, and continuously improve disaster recovery procedures for the Company and domain services.
Lead team for providing round the clock coverage for networking and backup support as well as off-hour support during maintenance periods.
Conduct ongoing network technology assessments, research new products, and features, and develop cost-effective recommendations and plans for optimizing the network environment.
Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends.
Monitor service delivery compliance with budget, quality standards, users and business stakeholders requirements.
