Responsibilities:
· Provide managerial and technical leadership for every aspect of the software.
· Manage and execute software development projects from beginning to finish.
· Prepare lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, testing along with delivery to product management.
· Supervise architecture to develop technical roadmap of all projects.
· Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for the delivery of scalable and high quality software.
· Develop relations with existing and prospective internal customers to interpret all individual requirements.
· Learn and display as to how products/projects would add value to the respective business.
· Ensure top quality design reviews for attaining business goals.
· Supervise resource allocation to assure attainment of apt business and personnel development goals.
· Involve in strategic plans with leadership, team and customers to accomplish technical as well as business goals.
· Evaluate projects, develop and update schedules plus supervise project status.
· Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular team meetings.
· Train, develop, manage and prepare best software development, team. Ensure right person placement for right position.
· Guide, coach and mentor software development engineers.
· Prepare analytical reports for management review and decisions.
Requirements:
· Minimum 07 years of experience. At least 3 years’ experience in managerial/lead role.
· Maters/bachelors of computer science.
· Should be well versed with PHP/ Node JS, Laravel/Codeigniter/ Express JS, Mysql/ Mongodbplus, GIT, React JS/Angular JS, Ubuntu Servers, React Native, Android Studio, Xcode, Visual studio code.
· Must have leadership, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Well versed with the latest technologies and market trends.
