- Manage front office and reception of NGents.
- Be the Brand ambassador, the first contact with NGents Guest on phone and in person.
- Receive Guests, register them, analyze and determine guests needs.
- Efficiently handover guests to the guest services.
- Respond to switchboard for making online appointments through software.
- Scheduling appointments of stylists and guests in the most efficient manner.
- Checkout the clients at the end of the services, take feedback and feed data.
- Coordination between guests, technical staff and reception.
