Must have good knowledge of Enterprise Technology Infrastructure such as:
- Data Center, Server rooms and the like
- Structured Cabling
- Data Networking Technologies
- Power DB, Power cabling etc.
- IP and analoge camera,NVR/DVR
- Telecomunications PBX, Cabling etc.
Resolve disputes between team members and management and assist in addressing issues amongst team members to avoid unacceptable behaviors
Required to plan project implimentation along with all necessary resource and schedule planing.
Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records
Self-Motivated individual with sence of ownership and sincerity towards job.
Good interpersnal relationship to manage and lead multiple technical teams.
Leading from the front attitude. Job may require frequent out of city visits as well as field surveys and visits.
Laison with customers, technical teams and management
Go to clients for project briefing, consultation, installation and closeout reviews
Pre-sales and after sales customer support.
