We are a U.S.-based transportation company looking to hire a full-time Dispatcher to join our team at the Sialkot office in Punjab. This role requires working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours, so candidates must be available to work on-site during these specific hours. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential as the position involves direct communication with customers based in the United States. This is strictly an on-site role, and applicants must reside in or near Sialkot.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with U.S.-based customers via email and phone, ensuring clear and professional interactions in fluent English. Manage and schedule bookings accurately using the company’s internal systems. Send booking confirmations and provide timely updates to clients to maintain transparency and trust. Coordinate with drivers to ensure the prompt dispatch of transportation services, monitoring ongoing trips closely. Address any real-time service issues promptly to maintain service quality. Maintain precise and up-to-date booking records and logs to support operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory to facilitate smooth communication with U.S. clients. Candidates must be able to work night shifts according to Pakistan time, which corresponds with U.S. business hours. This position requires on-site presence at the Sialkot office; remote work is not available. Proficiency in computer skills is necessary, including experience with email, booking systems, and basic Excel functions. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to stay responsible and composed under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Previous experience in dispatch, call center, or customer service roles is preferred, as it will help candidates adapt quickly to the demands of the position. The company offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time role with consistent night shift hours, providing stability and routine.
