Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. You should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp customer needs & brainstorm ways to fulfil them.

Description:

1. Assist Customers regarding product & service problems and inquiries via social media.

2. Ensure proper handling & follow up with customers.

3. Work with corporate communications and legal on a weekly basis to ensure the appropriate response & message is being delivered via social media.

4. Oversee socail media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures & blog layout.) while staying up to date

5. Oversaw launch of new channels, such as pinterest, Google+, Tumbler & Youtube brand channel.

6. Communicated with clients in order to understand client's needs & expectations.

7. Presented best plans that meet the budget of Company.

8. Increase brand loyalty and awareness while driving traffic to desired conversion points.

9. Responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy in order to increase online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
