NineSol Technologies is looking for E-Commerce Officer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Including social media marketing, search engine marketing, referral marketing, email marketing, content marketing, client communication and any other digital marketing related function.
The candidate should have a high degree of energy, commitment, initiative and enthusiasm along with a thirst for knowledge in the internet and traditional marketing arena.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and improving them with changing market trends.
- Managing social media channels of the brand and identifying additional social channels for brand to interact with its target audience.
- Monitoring website analytics and improving the website as per analytics feedback and findings.
- Executing and Managing PPC and Retargeting campaigns for brands.
- Working in close coordination with the Content and Editorial team to identify and publish the right content for brand’s blog, website and social media channels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Hunting and pitching media houses and bloggers who might be interested in featuring the assigned brand.
- Monitoring and getting feedback from existing customers on service delivery improvement areas and to implement the ‘possible’ customer suggestions.
- Building customer relationship management strategies and executing them to improve customer retention rate by maintaining positive customer relationship.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Create and manage complete social media marketing campaign to achieve maximum engagement and traffic
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
Required:
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Research and Outmaneuver Competitors – Consistently run SWOT analysis to enable an agile response to an ever-changing marketplace. Reporting on competitors’ promotions, advertising & content on a weekly basis.
Forecasting and Inventory Management – Work with our Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels in all Amazon fulfillment centers globally. Design plans to maximize sales of slow-selling stock and increase profit on the top-sellers.
Customer Reviews - Working closely with our Customer Service Department will be essential to ensure customer questions and issues are quickly resolved. Also, working with the Product Development and Marketing teams to launch products with early adopters so Amazon has honest, quality reviews live as products hit retailer’s shelves globally.
Build External Marketplace Network – Research, design and implement a global marketplace strategy beyond Amazon.
Skills Required The E-Commerce Officer will ideally have the following experience:
· Previous experience of online sales through Amazon / eBay is preferable
· Strong online marketing skills – SEO being key
· Strong copy-writing skills
· Solid Social Media knowledge
