- Facilitate, CEO, and provide leadership and framework for meeting call center business growth. (daily call center operation).
- Identify and Launch marketing campaigns and manage through proper scheduling.
- Able to identify lucrative new projects and line of business in call center industry. Launch small test to verify opportunities before full scale operation.
- Ensure adequate coverage, productivity, and consistent levels of customer support.
- Manage all marketing campaigns in call center to meet company sales goals and increase profitability.
- Track and regularly report progress to CEO, providing feedback and suggestions for change to increase marketing effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of service excellence by way of constant communication, training and leading by example.
Required:
- Proven experience as a Call Center marketing Manager or similar role.
- Must have experience in identifying new business opportunities and launching marketing campaigns.
- Track record of launching successful marketing campaigns and / or launching new call center services
- Bachelor's’ Degree or equivalent education or experience preferred.
- Ability to exercise tact, discretion and good judgment.
- Must be detail oriented and possess critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
