- Develop and execute test plans to ensure application accuracy.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the finalized mobile application.
- Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Investigate user complaints and application issues.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and developmental requirements.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or business administration.
- Experience in quality assurance, information system audit, and testing.
- Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience as QA is a plus
- Strong experience in manual Testing with latest trends and matrices
- Experience in Defect management tools such as Jira
- Experience in API Testing using tools such as PostMan
- Experience in testing mobile App testing (Android and iOS)
- High level understanding of applications built on Microservices/Event driver-based architectures
- Good Skills in Database Testing
- Able to bring culture and take entire team to next level
- Expert in writing Test Plans, Cases, scenarios etc.
- Ability to accomplish timely delivery of projects in a fast paced tight deadline environment;
- High degree of problem-solving skill and sound judgment a must.
- Must be a very driven, curious and creative individual.
