We are looking for someone at our Lahore office to do the following:
- Do daily entries of the customer order to Microsoft Excel and then to our online software.
- Follow Up with clients and courier company on phone to track parcels and ensure related matters are resolved on a timely manner
- Use social media for communicating with clients.
In a nutshell, we are looking for someone who has working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and is Internet/social media savvy.
