Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have effective communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Bidding Experience for IT/Software projects

2. Generate leads from LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential clients

3. Good Understanding of IT Consultancy Business

4. Schedule appointments/meetings, prepare and deliver presentations to the client, having researched their business and requirements.

5. Create Client proposals and contracts

6. Conduct research to identify new markets, clients, and projects

7. Emails and cold calling to potential customers to prospect for business

8. Coordinate with other departments and team members

Key Skills:

1. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

2. Experience in business development, that particularly targets EU, US, CA, AU, and MENA region.

3. Experience of cold-calls, lead-closure and generating project proposals

4. Exceptional negotiation skill

5. Must be a team player and can work under pressure

6. Proactive attitude and result oriented

7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience in Business Development with a services-based software company

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

3. Master’s degree's in a business related field such as MBA is desired
