In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Running the day-to-day operations of the Nizam Bijli branch, ensuring a great customer experience through friendly and professional service and by providing an inviting environment
  • Guiding and serving Nizam Bijli customers along the final steps before the hand-over of their SHS (incl. the customer qualification check, the signing of the contract, and arranging the installation appointment)
  • Tracking information and managing stocks, using Nizam Bijli's software systems
  • Getting walk-in customers excited by sharing information about Nizam Bijli products and services
  • Training the customer on appropriate use of the SHS (during hand-over and after sales)
  • Managing the support staff at the Nizam Bijli
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Combing attention to detail with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation
  • Curiosity to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-evolving working environment
  • Strongly team-spirited
  • Fluency in local language, good communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel in the assigned geographic area
  • Awareness of local district
