- Responsible for all QC activities on floor.
- Conduct pre-production meeting for all new styles.
- Responsible for implementation of given orders from their seniors to grass root level.
- Manage the floor according to strength as well as work load.
- Co-ordinate with FID, Cutting production, GGT, PPC, & QA for quality related concerns.
- Conduct daily quality meeting with shift in-charges & supervisors regarding quality related issues.
- Attend daily quality meeting to discuss floor quality issues, new ideas, implementations & conclusions for problematic things on the floor.
- Attend daily cutting production meeting for daily targets & quality related concerns.
- Manage & ensure the accurate results by keeping & cross checking of inline, bundling & cut panels inspection.
- Manage & ensure good quality as per buyers standards by implementing the SOP’s & inspection methods on floor.
- Manage & follow up work in process as well as decision making of hold lots.
- Manage all employees related issues like attendance, recruitment etc.
- Work on new ideas & techniques that help to increase in production by good quality & reduced over heads.
- Discipline & implementation of office decorum.
- Maintain floor quality reports & make sure data feeding in ERP.
- Manage all IT related quality reports for new developments & updating in ERP.
- Create weekly, monthly & year wise quality reports as per senior’s demands.
- Organize training sessions for new appointed subordinates by educating them about QC SOP’s, techniques & company related information’s.
- Make sure housekeeping of their respective area.
- Co-ordinate & visit stitching units & resolve their concerns/problems regarding cutting.
