We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Developer / Online Bidding Expert with former experience of bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, People Per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Bidding Expert & Sound knowledge of IT and web/mobile application development.
- Quality Bids on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru & PPH.
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
- Lead generation through Upwork & LinkedIn.
- Daily communication with clients & expert at client dealing. Must be good at targeted sales: Maintain a very high rating on Upwork/Freelancer etc. for the company's profile
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client. Talking on the phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s).
- Meet monthly quota of projects.
Requirements:
- Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
- Candidates must have at least basic knowledge about software development frameworks and trending technologies in the market.
- Experience in leads generation on different online channels, i.e., Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals, etc., results in new projects/sales.
