We are urgently looking for Team Lead .NET Web Applications to lead our teams working on various .Net projects. He/She would be coordinating with our clients, gathering the requirements, leading the system design based on internal SOP's, planning and managing internal coordination with the management. Following are some of the key requirements:
- Should have 7+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience in ASP .Net Core & MVC
- Hands on working experience of working with Code First Approach
- Must have experience leading multiple teams
- Must be experienced in designing the architecture of the system from scratch
- Conduct project progress review meetings amongst various teams & also with the customer
- Lead product demonstration sessions with the customer with the relevant team's support
- Must be willing to do hands on software development
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer science graduate from a reputable university
