We are seeking applications for the position of Regional HR Manager. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare HR Budget for the Region
  • Arrange candidates for various vacant positions in the Region
  • Arrange interviews of candidates with Area Managers and Regional Head
  • Seek approval for the hiring of candidates
  • Arrange issuance of appointment letters from HR Department
  • Complete joining formalities and personal files of all newly hired staff
  • Process Performance Evaluation & Promotions of employees of Region.
  • Arrange approval for Transfer / Posting and issue Transfer Orders
  • Check medical bills of staff and arrange vetting of required bills from Doctor.
  • Check and vet TA/DA bills and forward to HR Department
  • Register new staff for Biometric Attendance System and monitor attendance of regional staff.
  • Arrange leave approvals and update leave portal
  • Maintain complete record /MIS of all assignment.
  • Performing any other task assigned by Management.
