We are seeking applications for the position of Regional HR Manager. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare HR Budget for the Region
- Arrange candidates for various vacant positions in the Region
- Arrange interviews of candidates with Area Managers and Regional Head
- Seek approval for the hiring of candidates
- Arrange issuance of appointment letters from HR Department
- Complete joining formalities and personal files of all newly hired staff
- Process Performance Evaluation & Promotions of employees of Region.
- Arrange approval for Transfer / Posting and issue Transfer Orders
- Check medical bills of staff and arrange vetting of required bills from Doctor.
- Check and vet TA/DA bills and forward to HR Department
- Register new staff for Biometric Attendance System and monitor attendance of regional staff.
- Arrange leave approvals and update leave portal
- Maintain complete record /MIS of all assignment.
- Performing any other task assigned by Management.
