Job Description
* Responsible to provision VOIP interconnection for Customers /Vendors .
* Responsible to test the quality of the route, maintain QOS and trouble shoot Network related issues
* Understanding of Linux and CLI mode will be an added advantage
* To provide resolution of issues & maintain high quality standards of support
* Troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues raised
Skills
Minimum 1 year relevant experience however fresh graduates are also encouraged to Apply .
Good knowledge of SIP & H.323 Protocol, Call Flow, Cause Codes, VOIP Codecs.
Knowledge/HANDS ON EXPERIENCE of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.323, SDP, RTP
Experience in working in 24/7 support environment
Ability to multi-task, tasks prioritization
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
CCNA / CCNP / CVOICE certification will be a plus
