Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

- Prior experience in Call Centre(s) in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Excellent selling abilities
Qualifications
- IT Degree (or equivalent experience) A+, Network+, high-level technical skills
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in the software House Industry is Plus Bonus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
