NoExcel is a Pakistani-built accounting and business management software designed to help small and medium businesses go fully digital. From invoicing and inventory to FBR-compliant billing and financial reporting — NoExcel replaces the need for manual spreadsheets and disconnected tools, giving business owners a single platform to run their operations smoothly.
We are looking for a motivated and street-smart Sales Executive to help us grow our client base across Pakistan. This is a field and remote role where you will be responsible for finding businesses that need software like ours, pitching them directly, and converting them into paying customers. You will be trained by a senior sales professional and given everything you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses — shops, trading companies, retailers, manufacturers — and introduce them to NoExcel's software
- Explain how NoExcel helps businesses replace manual Excel-based accounting with a smarter, digital system
- Conduct basic product walkthroughs and demos for interested clients (full training will be provided)
- Build genuine relationships with business owners and understand their pain points
- Report daily activity, leads, and progress to the team
- Gather client feedback and share it with the team to improve the product and pitch
Requirements:
- Matric or Intermediate pass (no degree required)
- Strong verbal communication skills — confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Access to a personal smartphone and reliable internet connection
- Fluent in Urdu; basic English reading ability is a plus
- Honest, punctual, and reliable
- No prior experience needed; a positive attitude and willingness to learn matters more
