PROFILE – HEAD OF SALES

A Facilities Management (FM) company intends to employ a Head of Sales based at Karachi. We are venturing towards business expansion with Karachi as our first target market. The job entails leading sales of FM services to corporate customers. Sales Managers with the following profile are encouraged to apply for the position:

  • Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and sales management
  • Outstanding sales leadership skills
  • Experience of leading a B2B sales team of 3 to 7 sales persons
  • Solid experience of new market and business development
  • Strong relationship management skills with decision makers in corporate segment
  • Must have excellent professional relationships in MNCs and large local enterprise businesses
  • Excellent track record of achieving targets
  • Must have achieved profitable revenue targets of over PKR 100 million consistently
  • Practical experience of developing and deploying business processes for a sales organization, including business controls, territory management, sales team management and sales pipeline management
  • Compensation is based on a variable pay system. A fixed gross salary of PKR 250,000 to PKR 300,000 will be paid monthly. Over-Target-Achievement will pay more for every million rupees achieved above the assigned target. The candidate will be eligible for other benefits too.
